grow to gather

WHat we do

We have a commitment to sustainability, not only to the land, but to ourselves and to those around us. Every fruit and vegetable is grown with dedication, love, and good oldfashioned (and organic) Tennessee soil.  Our commitment is simple — to provide only the best.

organic farm

Bloomsbury Farm is nestled in the hills between Smyrna and Nolensville, TN. Our greenhouse grows sprouts, wheatgrass, and microgreens yearround. Vegetables, fruits, and herbs are also a large part of the operation; they are grown from March through November. We believe that when people eat natural, organic food, they can taste the difference. It's a chain of goodness that begins with healthy soil, and finishes with healthy animals and people.

farmers market

Every Saturday, from March to November, we sell our farmfresh produce at four farmers markets around Nashville. It is important for us to get to meet our local community and support the buylocal movement. Come out and enjoy the benefits of organic living — we would love to meet you!

airbnb

Bloomsbury is not only where we work, it is where we live. With three distinct properties on the farm, we have opened our loft for rent through Airbnb. It's a beautiful destination for those looking for the convenience to Nashville, but wanting a secluded escape on our beautiful property.

Wedding venue

We open our beautiful grounds to a limited number of weddings each year. With specially designed packages for wedding of all sizes and needs, our venue is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding that welcomes guests to a breathtaking location.

csa baskets

We provide our local community with the opportunity to share in seasonal living through our CSA basket options. We fill our baskets with fresh fruits, vegetables, and farm eggs.  Bloomsbury from our organic farm to your kitchen!

special events

Bloomsbury is host to numerous private and public events each year. Our property is the perfect location to gather family and friends. We believe in the need to build strong communities and encourage everyone to share in the beauty of outdoor living. Our public event calendar is coming soon.

Let us not forget that the cultivation of the earth is the most important labor of man. When tillage begins, other arts will follow. The farmers, therefore, are the founders of civilization.
